Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MCRAFT.

We support 30-day free return & refund without reason. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and resalable, kept in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Return Process

1. Please send an email to service@3mcraft.com with your order number and return request within 30 days after you receive the package.
2. Our team will review your application and send you return instructions.
   
3. Ship the goods back following our guidance. We will inspect the returned item once received.
   
4. If the item meets return requirements, we will process your refund to your original payment account.

Important Notes

• The 30-day period starts from the delivery date.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the item arrives defective, damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
• Products that have been used, scratched, missing parts or damaged by customers are NOT eligible for return.
• Clearance / customs fees for returned parcels are at buyer’s expense.
